What I'll Draw

- I'll draw just about anything! However:- I reserve the right to refuse anything I am uncomfortable drawing.- NSFW / risqué is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional charge. Please ask if you are unsure!- No NSFW of people or characters under 18. If the character is an adult but looks to be under 18, I reserve the right to refuse the piece.

Absolutely no AI art or NFT usage

- My art may never be fed to AI for training or be minted as an NFT.- This is non-negotiable.

Timing and Rush Fees

- Commissions take, on average, two weeks or more to complete.- If you need a piece done sooner, do let me know, and I will do my best.- There is a rush fee for expedited pieces, and the amount depends on how fast of a rush you would like.

Payment

- Payment is in USD.- Once I begin a piece (this includes the sketch phase), payment is required. Failure to do so will result in a warning, then blacklisting upon multiple open cases with refused payment.- Refunds are not available once I have started on the piece. If I am unable to finish the commission for personal or health reasons, we will be in contact- hopefully this never happens!

Personal Commissions

- All pieces are for personal use only unless the commercial fee is paid, and I am made aware.- Once a personal commission is paid for, you may use it however you wish (again, personal use only). This includes printing it out for yourself, using it as a personal social media profile picture or banner, using it as your personal desktop background, using it as character art for your D&D character, etc.- You may post / repost pieces you receive as commissions on social media, as long as you do not claim that you drew the piece.

Business and Commercial Work

- Business and commercial work is defined as any piece from which you are making a profit, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: logos, poster art for a business, stream or video thumbnails, panels, emotes, merch, etc.- Commercial work incurs a $50 fee for each piece.- If you decide you would like to purchase commercial rights at a later date, you may. Until that time, you may not use the piece for commercial reasons or purposes.- If you are unsure if something is commercial use or not, don't hesitate to ask!

Additional Information

- I reserve the right to post any commission I draw to social media and include it in my portfolios as a piece that I made.- You may not claim that you drew the pieces that I make under any circumstances.- If you would like your piece kept a secret for the time being (if you would like to do a VTuber model debut, for example), please let me know a timeframe after which I can post/stream your piece and include it in portfolio work.
